Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) and Scalp Micro Pigmentation (SMP) are commonly in use for scar revisions in FUT method. There are positive and negative sides of both applications.

FUE hair transplantation for scars

FUE hair transplantation method is preferred for low amount graft processes because of its ability of one by one hair collection. As same, FUE method is also preferred commonly on scar revisions. SMP for scars

SMP (scalp Micro Pigmentation), a worldwide common treatment for covering scars that are occurred in hair transplantation, is a non-surgical method.

SMP is an illusion on scarred tissue by using special pigments and needles. Biggest different with tattoo and SMP is that it uses smaller needles, it fades by time, and it is hypoallergenic.
