Dr Zeki Can has passed most of his life in the surgery room as a plastic surgeon since he entered the residency program in 1987 at one of the most privileged university hospitals in Turkey, Ankara University Medical School. Other then two years in UCL University College London Rayne Institute, he has passed his professional life as a teaching and scientific resident at the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Department in the same university. He has been entitled as a Professor in 2007. Being a professor at a university hospital he has been a mentor to many of the Turkish plastic surgeons practicing in different cities in Turkey. His post as a member of the faculty has been keeping him up with the latest techniques in plastic and reconstructive surgery techniques.

Dr. Zeki enjoys sports, travelling and photography. He loves travelling to remote and undiscovered places on earth where he can experience the diversity of the earth. He is also an enthusiastic photographer. He has a grown up son.
